As I recall it was right around Lunar New Year back in year 2020 when my family just started thinking about what gifts to offer to our relatives and friends. After a few back-and-forth brainstorming (literally, lol) sessions, and among the many suggestions, we finally had decided on making some nougats ourselves for our friends and loved ones.

Well with that idea in mind, real work had begun since then. First of all, we started off by purchasing the essential ingredients, plus some cooking utensils, and finally the colorful packaging materials, etc., you name it.

The outcome of the mission was promising and rewarding. We had put together those individually wrapped nougats nicely in gift bags and also inserted with thank you cards. You know what, this creation worked very well. We'd received numerous thumbs-up compliments from our relatives and friends about how flavorsome the nougats were. Therefore, we decided to take on pursue selling the nougats.

AmberChef is a family-owned business. I am so grateful and fortunate to have my mom who has been dedicating her time to help out with the production of the nougats; my dad and I are handling all of the business backend infrastructures and logistics. Love their help and support.

We sincerely hope that you would enjoy our nougats as we love to make them. There are three basic flavors you can choose from our shop - namely the original, chocolate and matcha. More flavors will be added to our item list in the near future.
